The company is a joint-stock company incorporated on April 14, 2020, under the laws of the Czech Republic — specifically Act No. 90/2012 Sb., the Business Corporations Act. It is authorised to conduct business in production, trade and services, excluding the activities listed in Exhibits 1 to 3 of Act No. 455/1991 Sb., the Trade Licensing Act.
The Articles of Association deliberately narrow these permitted activities to those defined in points 17, 31, 47, 56, 60, 62, 64, 65, 70 and 76 of Exhibit 4 of the Trade Licensing Act — and only where they serve the company's single, focused mission: managing a specific portfolio of contractually acquired rights to a scientific invention for the universal, exothermic conversion of gaseous and liquid chemical elements and compounds.
